Privacy
1) Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product. 2) Customer credit card information will not be kept on file. Our checkout cart is secured. CMC Enterprises will show on your credit card statement. 3) Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from ACE WATERBEDS, unless the customer consents at checkout. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, we agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.
Shipping Information
Your order should be delivered within 10 business days if not on backorder.
Large items such as furniture and bedframes will be shipped by freight, The carrier will only drop it off at curbside and will not take it in your home. They will call to schedule the actually deliver date and time with you. You may want to have a helper to bring it inside.
We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, AK, HI or PR or any other countries. You may track your order/shipping by going to "Your Account Page" You must be logged in to view this feature. Also, you will receive email updates as your order is processed and shipped.
6% SALES TAX WILL BE COLLECTED ON ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO A IDAHO ADDRESS.
Returns
Freight shipped items cannot be returned. When you accept the shipment please inspect for any damage (very rare). If any damage note it on the shipping bill before they leave and notify us. We will replace the part damaged.
Items shipped by ups, usps, or fedex can be returned if not used or open and returned within 14 days. A 15% return restocking fee will be applied unless we shipped you the wrong product. Also, we do not pay for return shipping unless it was our error in shipping the wrong product.
Two steps
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label. Return the item within 15 calendar days. You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
